We love our dentist and his staff!!! One of the few dentists I’ve seen who will give an honest opinion and not the most costly opinion. His honesty and integrity is top notch, but his skill set is even more impressive. My 6 year old son had an accident and broke his two front teeth 1/2 way off. All pediatric dentist gave no hope of fixing until he was an adult and could get veneers or the ones who would fix wanted anesthesia and a hospital out patient appt costing a total estimate of 5-10k for 2 chipped front teeth to be fixed. Dr. Argo just smiled when we first met him as I told him our past experiences, he assessed my son and fixed them right there during our first visit for a fraction of the cost. My child has had a perfect smile ever since and we’ve never gone to another dentist since. I love his honesty and sincerity and his office staff is a breath of fresh air on their kindness and happiness.

If you’re reading this, I’m really hoping that you haven't already started treatment with Dr. Argo. My experience has not been what I expected.I just got my braces taken off today after a year and three months, and my front teeth still won’t close. My front teeth aren’t quite fully in alignment either. One of my molars is still not in alignment at all. I brought it up to him, and he said that there’s nothing wrong with it, when there very obviously still is.I’ve called another dentist during my treatment here, asked them some questions about some suspicions I had, and found out that he’s been doing a lot of things wrong.For starters, I found out that orthodontists are supposed to replace your bracket ligatures every 4 to 6 weeks due to wear. He never has done that even once in my full year and three months of treatment here. He only has replaced a few individual ones that have completely broken off and I pointed out.In fact, if I had one break, and I forgot to tell him about it, he wouldn’t notice it to replace it. I know this because I had two broken ligatures on the lower left side of my teeth, he didn’t replace them at my check up visit, and the wire broke off on that side since nothing was holding it. When I came in for my next visit and told him about the wire breaking off, he said it wasn’t going to affect anything, and our main focus is making sure that the front teeth are straight before dealing with the side ones. However, he never did deal with them.Now that the brackets are off, I noticed he didn’t get off all the cement that’s still stuck to my teeth permanently. I’ll have to have it taken off when I see a different orthodontist to fix this disaster here.In addition to his malpractice, he has some anger problems, and is NOT professional in his conduct. On the visit that I had my braces get put on, He left a wire dangling on the right hand side of my mouth that was poking me in the gums. Without checking it, he let me go and I noticed it when I was in the front office.I had to go back there to the patient room again and I could tell he was visibly upset, acting all huffy as if I was being unreasonable making him have to get out of his office again over something stupid.Another time, while he was about to replace a broken ligature on my teeth, I stopped him to say something before he started, and I saw him look up at the ceiling and breathe in like he was holding in from shouting at me. I just kept my cool and didn't say anything else after that.There are other situations where he’d say just passive aggressive little snide comments about things, but I can’t go into them all. Suffice it to say he is NOT very professional in dealing with his patients.I really don’t fully understand why he has multiple five star reviews. I guess it’s just from polite people. Or maybe they're from people that are happy that their teeth are better than they were before, even if not everything was don't correctly. My teeth ARE better than they were before I started my treatment, but they were not done correctly, they are still not fully straight, and I still can not bite with my front teeth.People like Dr. Argo are some of the reasons why the FDA exists. I’m really surprised he hasn’t been shut down or sued by now. I really wish I would’ve just kept my $5k and not have to go into all this hassle and leave with an unfinished job on my teeth. It’s just kind of frustrating. Maybe someone out there will read this and not come here.
